My first apple pie!

Started my one week break quite a "useful" work. Well, quite impromptu thing, my mom decided to try baking some pies..and my sis and I wanted to try something new...apple pie. So my mom dug out her old recipes and found 2 different recipes. Not quite sure how to do it, we just combined the two recipes and simply "mixed" the ingredients according to our gut feelings and started frying the apples..haha..started well.. and had a good and laughing one hour putting the pastry and jam into this-And the final product.
Our score?
8 out of 10! Hurray! succesful 1st attempt and a well-used afternoon of a holiday:P
