Kolam

Posing with our final result of the kolam competition..... From left to right: Mok, Raj, myself and Chiat Yin. Though we didn't win any prize, I enjoyed the whole thing, right from designing the kolam, to preparing the rice and taking 2 hours to arrange the rice. First time for all of us, 3 Chinese.

Coloured rice in the making... Uma, Chee Koon, Shi Xian and Minoo did a turtle kolam which won the consolation prize. Apparently, Chee Koon was very concerned about turtle extinction ;)
